Bentley Parish council have a community building at their site, Bentley Village Memorial Hall and are seeking a quality and experienced early year’s provider to run a pre-school setting to cater for children aged from 2 years to school age. Please click for further details.
Bursledon and District Community Association (BDCA) have a new community building at their site in Portsmouth Road, Bursledon, Southampton SO31 8ES (at the Lowford Centre). They are seeking a quality and experienced early years provider to run a new setting to cater for children aged from 2 years to school age with scope to offer out of school child care as well.
Due to the current situation regarding possible changes to Early Years funding from central Government, it is important that the local authority has as much information as possible with regards to costs within childcare settings. If you have not done so already please take a few minutes to complete the Cost Capturing Survey to enable us to have a better understanding of how the current EYSFF rates support early years education provision; and also to ascertain if there are potential gaps in funding.

The DfE have provided further guidance on the 30 Hours Early Implementation process and has informed that providers who are interested are to make contact with their Local Authority to know more.
Therefore, if you are interested in being part of this but did not express your interest to the DfE, you now have opportunity to express your interest with Services for Young Children where we are putting together our application.
